Overview

The National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam (NLUJA) is a public university in Guwahati, Assam, India that was established in 2009. It is the first National Law University (NLU) in the North East region of India.

The NLUJAA provides BA-LLB (Hons) as a five-year integrated course and LLM as a one-year degree programme. The University also offers PhD in law. The 60-acre lush green campus is situated in the locality of Amingaon on the outskirts of Guwahati. The campus has the Academic building and the Administrative building as well as the hostels for boys and girl respectively.
