Overview

Established in the year 1983, Delhi Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology is located in Delhi. Delhi Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (DIHM and CT) was upgraded from a Food Crafts Institute in 1999. The institute was originally established in 1983 by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, in association with the Government of Delhi for training in trades and crafts in hotel and catering operations.
