AILET 2025 Admission Procedure will be started in the third week of December 2024. AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) is a national level examination managed by the National Law University (NLU), Delhi.
This exam is conducted for candidates who want to get admission to the BA LLB, LLM, Ph.D. & PG Diploma courses. After qualifying this exam, candidates get admission in the NLU, Delhi & its affiliated colleges.
All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) is conducted by National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) to offer admission to eligible candidates in undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG) and doctorate (PhD) level law courses. This is a university-level entrance exam only for admissions at NLU Delhi as the university does not accept any other law entrance exam for admissions.

The admission process of NLU Delhi through AILET is as under:
Step 1: Online Registration - Candidates need to register online at the official website of NLU Delhi - https://nludelhi.ac.in and fill the application form including candidates' details, uploading documents, fee payment and exam centre selection. The application forms need to be submitted in online mode only.
Step 2: Issue of admit cards - The university will issue admit card to candidates who have successfully registered before the last date of application. Candidates have to carry the admit card on the exam day as it mentions important details regarding the test takers, centre and exam.
Step 3: Appear for Exam - Candidates have to appear for the examination at the allotted test centres as mentioned on their AILET admit card. They should report to their test centres at least an hour before the examination.
Step 4: Results declaration - The university will announce AILET results within a month after conducting the examination. The scorecard of candidates qualifying the examination will mention All India Rank, sectional scores, as well as overall scores.
Step 5: Counselling on basis of the rank-cum-merit list - The university will conduct counselling on the basis of the rank list and also verify the candidates' eligibility for the law course they are seeking admission in.
AILET 2025 Registration has been started from 1st August 2024. It has been released through online mode. Exam will be conducted on 8th December 2024 through online mode.

● The AILET 2025 application form has been released from 1st August 2024.
● Registration form can be accessible through online mode only. No offline mode is available.
● Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria from below before filling the application form.

● Qualification: Candidates must complete class 12th level or equivalent exam from a recognized board.
● Marks: In qualifying exam, candidates must score at least 45% marks for general, 42% for OBC and 40% marks for SC & ST category candidates.
● Age Criteria: No age limit criteria will be there to apply for the exam
● Appearing: Candidates appearing in class 12th level in 2025 will also be eligible to apply for the entrance exam.
● Qualification: Applying candidates must pass LLB or some equivalent graduation degree from any recognized university to apply.
● Percentage: Candidates must score at least 55% marks for general and 45% marks for reserved category (SC/ ST and PH) candidates.
● Age Limit: There will be no age limit to apply for the entrance exam.
● Appearing: Those appearing candidates in final year of LLB will also be eligible to apply.
● Qualification: Candidates who have completed LLM or an equivalent law degree from recognized university will be eligible to apply.
● Marks: Applying candidates must score at least 55% marks for general and 50% marks for SC/ ST/ PWDs category candidates.
● Age Limit: To apply for the exam, there will be no age limit criteria.

AILET 2025 admit card will be released by NLU, Delhi on 28th November 2024. Candidates will be able to download the admit card from the website through online mode. To access it, applicants will have to enter the login details such as application number and password.
It will be mandatory to take a hardcopy of the admit card to appear in the examination. Without a valid hardcopy of AILET 2025 admit card along with a Photo ID, candidates will not be allowed to sit inside the exam hall. It will consist with the details such as name, exam name, time, date, venue, photograph, signature, etc.
