Indian Institute of Fashion and Design (IIFD) at Chandigarh that got established in the year 2004 is one of the most premier institutes for fashion and design in Chandigarh today. IIFD is featured and recognized as one of the Top 10 Best Fashion Institutes for the year 2022 in India by Education Scopup Magazine.The college offers around 23 courses across 5 streams. Admissions are offered to the college on the basis of merit. The college provides theoretical as well as practical field exposure to the students that makes them highly skilled professionals. It organizes various workshops and activities to enhance the soft skills and practical knowledge of the students. The institute remains open for 7 days a week to cater regular classes and on weekend’s doubts sessions are organized for the students who want to learn more about the topics, and be market-ready for the career paths.
